About the Maze
ALL ABOARD!  2008 marks an exciting year as visitors will take a ride to the 'Wild Wild West'. 

The Calgary Corn Maze is pleased to partner with Country 105 to bring you this year's maze.  It was a natural fit that Calgary's one and only corn maze, and Calgary's leading country radio station pair up to bring you great times and great music.  Both the Calgary Corn Maze and Country 105 are also excited to support the Alberta Children's Hospital by donating all children's admissions.

This year's maze is in the shape of an old fashioned steam engine.  Out of the top of the coal car is the shape of Calgary's skyline as can be seen from the look out tower of the maze.  The maze is 10-acres in size, with the corn growing to a height of 8 to 10 feet.  There are over 4 kilometers of trails, with a number of trivia questions and challenges that will send you in the right (or wrong) direction.  The maze itself typically takes 45 to 75 minutes to complete depending how fast (or slow) you choose to go. Night time maze navigation takes a little longer and adds another exciting dimension to maze exploration. The quickest route if you absolutely made no wrong turns (which we think is impossible) will take approximately 30 minutes.
